Ingrediente pentru ciuperci umplute i:
ciuperci, unt, 1 ceapa, 1 lg faina alba, 1 pahar vin alb, bulion, sare, piper, pesmet, patrunjel verde

Preparare ciuperci umplute i

Se aseaza ciupercile (fara cotor) intr-o forma rezistenta la foc, stropindu-le cu putin unt. Se dau la cuptor pana incep sa se inmoaie. Se toaca marunt cotoarele impreuna cu o ceapa si se calesc. Cand s-au muiat, se presara o lingura de faina, se adauga vinul, apa. Se lasa sa fiarba. Se mai adauga 1 lingura bulion, sare, piper si 1 lingura pesmet. Se tine pe foc, pana ce pasta este destul de groasa. Se adauga patrunjel verde tocat. Se pune cate putina umplutura in fiecare ciuperca, netezindu-se deasupra cu dosul linguritei muiate in unt. Se presara pesmet fin si se dau la cuptor.
