Ingrediente pentru tocanita de miel:

1 kg de carne de miel - pulpa si cotlet, 3 morcovi, 1 radacina de patrunjel, 500 g de cartofi, 4 cepe, 1 telina, 50 g unt, 5 rosii, cimbru, rozmarin, sare, piper.

Preparare tocanita de miel

Carnea de miel se portioneaza si se prajeste intr-o tigaie teflonata, unsa cu unt, impreuna cu ceapa tocata marunt. Cand ceapa capata culoarea maronie, se adauga rosiile curatate de coaja, cimbrul, piperul, sarea, rozmarinul, morcovii taiati rondele, cartofii taiati bucati, telina taiata bucati, radacina de patrunjel taiata rondle si putina apa fierbinte. Compozitia se pune intr-un vas termorezistent si se da la cuptor pentru 30-40 min.
