Ingrediente pentru peste in fulgi de porumb:
2 bucati file de peste pangasius taiati in jumatate, 3 oua batute, 1 lingurita rasa busuioc uscat, faina, 150 g fulgi de porumb, sare, piper, ulei pentru prajit.

Preparare peste in fulgi de porumb

Pestele se sareaza si pipereaza si se pune deoparte. In ouale batute se adauga putina sare, busuioc si faina de grau. Se amesteca usor pana devine o pasta subtire si omogena. Se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie. Se iau bucatile de file de peste pangasius si se trec prin amestecul de oua cu faina apoi prin fulgii de porumb putin zdrobiti si se frig in ulei. Pestele este prajit cand fulgii de porumb devin brun-aurii.
