Ingrediente pentru ciuperci umplute ii:
12 ciuperci champignon mari, 250 g spanac, 100 g cascaval, 2 rosii decojite, 1 ceapa tocata, 70 g unt, 3 linguri pesmet, sare, piper.

Preparare ciuperci umplute ii

Curatati ciupercile si se indepartati picioarele care apoi le tocati marunt. Caliti ceapa in 4 linguri de unt, adaugati picioarele de ciuperci tocate, spanacul taiat marunt si amestecati. Peste cateva minute adaugati rosiile taiate marunt, cascavalul taiat cubulete si condimentati cu sare, piper si mai amestecati cateva minute. Umpleti ciupercile cu amestecul preparat, puneti cate putin din untul ramas si pemet pe fiecare ciuperca si asezati-le intr-o tava unsa. Preancalziti cuptorul si coaceti la cuptor aproximativ 15-20 deminute.
