Salata mediteraneana de cartofi

Ingrediente pentru salata mediteraneana de cartofi:
700 g cartofi noi mici, 1/2 cana de masline naturale sau masline verzi tocate marunt, 1/4 cana de rosii uscate muiate in apa sau rosii taiate marunt, 60 ml ulei extra virgin de masline, 45 ml zeama de lamaie, 15 ml de pasta de ansoa (optional), 5-6 ml pasta fina de usturoi, sare, piper, 1/ 2 cana de frunze de busuioc taiate in bucati mai mari.

Preparare salata mediteraneana de cartofi

Curatati si taiati cartofii in jumatate. Se pun apoi la fiert pana cand sunt putin moi si poate intra furculita in ei. Cartofii se scurg de apa si cat sunt inca calzi, se pun intr-un bol, peste care se adauga maslinele, rosiile, uleiul de masline, zeama de lamaie, pasta de ansoa (daca folositi) si pasta de usturoi. Se asezoneaza cu putina sare si piper. Imediat inainte de servire adaugati si frunzele proaspete de busuioc taiate.
