Prepararea orezului

Se pune orezul, impreuna cu cantitatea de apa sau de supa necesara, intr-o cratita cu fundul gros si se da in clocot. Se amesteca pentru a separa boabele, apoi se acopera si se face focul mic. Se fierbe cat este nevoie (vezi tabel) , fara a se lua capacul. Se afaneaza cu o furculita si se foloseste.
